We have streamlined our pricing structure to make it easier for you to choose between levels. We structure our stylists on levels according to the education they have completed.

Graduate Stylist is a recent NVQ 2 graduate ,with a good understanding of salon foundations with added education from Paul and the Joico education team.

​

Senior stylist level have a good amount of knowledge and salon floor experience, giving you the confidence in cutting and colouring techniques. The stylists on this level have completed their NVQs and have added to their knowledge by attending internal and external courses. 

​

Directors & Creative Directors are specialists in their areas of interest, wether that be cutting specialist, creative colourist, or blow-dry expert. These levels will be completing specialist courses to reach degree and ambassador level for worldwide brands. The difference between them both is experience on the floor. Director upto 10 years Creative Director 10 years +.

Paul is classed as the Salon Director and will be overseeing the consultations of his stylists in salon, whilst educating his team on colour choices and styles to suit clients in the salon chairs.

Paul is available for consultations and will "Matchmaker" you with stylists to suit your needs and styles in salon.  This is a new concept in salon, and we feel it will fill everyone with confidence, knowing exactly what will be happening from walking through the door, to leaving, walking taller with bigger smiles.
